sefi swap....

i was wondering since i do have the cfi 5.0 could i just get the upper and lower intake off of a sefi 5.0 like all the sensors harness and fuel rails with injectors. if it could actually work by swapping it all out. i know i will have to repin the harness for all 8 injectors but i whanna know if it would be more sensebul to just swap out the intakes and wire it up and all than swapping entire motors and harnesses?

Get an '88 or so T-bird or Cougar and take every thing from under the hood, as in wires, sensors, etc. You'll, of course, need the computer, and the CFI harness won't work for anything. Like you said, you'll need upper, lower intakes, and any sensors associated with it.

but the other sensors on the lower part of the motor would still match up correct? that was my biggest question really. just gotta make sure everything is good to do the swap over winter. gotta love the sefi

5.0 motor.
Have CFI.
Want SEFI.

basically i know what i need i just need to know what sensors are the same between the cfi motor and the sefi motor i know its the same block and all just not sure bout the sensors.
