Horn Problems?

I just put on a new steering wheel from a tc on to my sports and i try to connect the horn and not matter which wires i hook up in any order the horn doesn't want to stop going off, by anychance does me braking off a bolt into the steering wheel when i used the puller have anything to do with this or is there another probelm?

Have to wait for my friend to come over with extractor and pull it out.

there are basically little wire things that go through the steering wheel. Basically they are encased in plastic. If the plastic breaks then the connection is bad. It could be stuck on. It could also be the horn button is stuck or a wire got pinched somewhere along the line. I think that the horn *may* have to touch the bolt in order to honk or turn off. I think that it is the ground wire.

I honestly dont think you could exceed the cost of a new car buy installing new *stock* parts everywhere in your coug our tbird. Its just plain impossible. You could revamp the entire drivetrain/engine/suspenstion and still come out ahead.
