Harmonic Balancer Question

Just a quick question on my '85 Bird with the stock 302, I can't seem to get the dang bolt holding on the harmonic balancer to loosen. I have replaced this twice before with no troubles, but am wondering if this is a left hand thread as I can't remember and it just won't budge.

No air tools here, but I tried a large "cheater bar" with no luck. Just don't want to force it more and end up breaking something :punchballs:

Easy trick is to put the breaker bar on, so it ishiznitting the ground(on the correct side) and kick the starter over. Make sure to disconnect the coil so it doesn't fire up.

Best (and probably safest) way is to leave the belts on and loosen it. Then take the belts off and take the balancer off the rest of the way.
