TC rear swap brake line question? Reply #5 – June 12, 2011, 01:43:16 PM Everything was off the shelf at Autozone, nothing had to be ordered. It was quite a bit easier to do than I thought it would be and only ended up taking about 30 minutes. Quote Selected

TC rear swap brake line question? Reply #7 – June 13, 2011, 10:10:26 PM You're in luck because I save all my car receipts. Here are the Autozone part numbers from the receipt. The brake line was #216044 and cost $4.99. The 3/16 to 1/4 adapter was #976395 and cost $2.99. The union fitting was #844738 and cost $1.49. I didn't like the adapter fitting I bought there and bought a different one. The one from Autozone had a pretty long flared part and that only allowed it to be screwed in a few threads. I wanted it a bit tighter and ended up stripping it out and had to buy a new one. I remembered that the front driver's side brake also used a 3/16 to 1/4 adapter, but the one I bought for that was steel. I went to Checker and picked up another and was all set. It is an Edelmann #258340 and cost $4.99. Hope this helps! Let me know if I can help further.Ed Quote Selected
