Thanks man! I just hope I can catch on, I know it's only been a week but I've never delt with so much documentation before. There's no room for error at all so I've got a ton of learning to do. At least I'll be working with someone for a long time before I'm left on my own. I start afternoon shift tomarrow and I'm still as nervous as I was my first day. I can't wait until I can look at it as just a job and feel comfortable with it like I was with my last job.

Congrats to you too! That's awsome man! I'm sure that'll get you a raise as well. That's alot of responcability. It sounds like your job would be really interresting as well. I know it's really tough to find a great job these days so I know I'm blessed to have gotten in this place so I'm going to give it my all so one day maybe I'll be able to be a leader or at least be able to train new people.
