So, I'm on vacation for 4 weeks.....

....and 4 days in I pull my back out....

I don't even know how I did it.  I worked out Wednesday and felt fine.Woke up Thursday and felt fine as well.  As Thursday progressed I noticed pain just below my shoulder blades.  It was a dull ache.  Woke up today and it was still there, but not nearly as bad --- until I went and shifted juuuuuust right this afternoon.

I can not stand up straight.


Why does stuff like this always happen on MY time?

Back pain sucks. I once had a chevy caprice that was owned by a really heavy person. The front seat was mashed flat. I drove it up to Niagra Falls for a vacation, and after 6 hours of sitting on that screwed up seat, I couldn't stand up straight either. I spent the whole vacation hobbling around like an old man, leaning on everything, sitting down all the time. I rode home laying across the back seat.

I feel your pain. Take it easy and get a massage.

That's what you get for having 4 weeks off ( I say out of jealousy). Take it easy. 90% of back aches will take care of themselves over a short period of time. Take it easy and watch some movies.

I used to scoff at my wife going to a chiropractor. Until I got a back pain that was killing me to the point that I let her take me to him. That guy fixed the problem in minutes! I go whenever I need him, and he's helped me out each time.

Just a thought.
