fuse panel

I have the dash out of my '85 Cougar. I'm finally putting it back together and I can't seem figure out "exactly" where the fuse panel is suppose to be. The dash has been out before along the way and a wiring harness out of another car was installed. The fuse panel has never been right - just hanging there dangling. Anyone have any pics of the fuse panel where it's suppose to be? Any pics of it in place with the dash out so I can see how it and the wiring harness have to be around the the cross-member above the emergency brake? Any help would be greatly appreciated. I see that its rather important to start the install of the wiring harness in its correct place or the whole project is screwed, lol. Lastly, I pic of the wires going to the steering column would be nice too. I think I have them figured out, but I want to make sure, lol.

Thanks guys! With your help and some visits to a junkyard, I was able to see how it was suppose to go together.... what a mess my car was in!
