air intake/tube clamp

I lost the round clamp that clamps the plastic air intake tube to the air box.  Called Ford and they said it is discontinued.

I would like to find an original one instead of putting a shiny hose clamp on there (I'm thinking that might look cheesy).

Anyone have one laying around they would part with?
