Vibrating/squeaking door?

My driver-side door has been vibrating/squeaking while driving for a long while now and it's starting to get on my nerves.  I imagine something on either end has come loose over time and use but I can't really open the door and check it while I'm speeding down the road.  It mostly does it when it's cold outside.  Can anyone give me a place to start?

Mine has done that twice.Once, the top rear corner was rubbing against the top of the car.You can tell by bare metal.Second, the door striker was missing the plastic sleeve and causing a squeak.

Moving the striker is stupid easy. You could do it and align the door in ~5 minutes.
