9.5 on the rear

will 9.5" wheels fit on the rear of a 83 thunderbird...I do have a 8.8 in the rear...rims I am looking at comes in 8 or 9.5

I have 10's in the rear.I did have to remove the quad shocks,but that was no big deal.
