Safety Checklists

Anyone got some service checklists from a dealer or service dept.?  We're trying to make our own at work, but can't find many good examples.

Good one, 20th anny 5.0 - nothing worse than customers blaming old damage on shops to try to get stuff fixed for free.

A few more:

Inspect suspension/steering components (ball joints, tie rod ends, bushings, check rack/steering box for leaks, etc)

Inspect CV/universal joints for wear, torn boots, etc

Check exhaust for broken hangers, leaking pipes/components

Check brake/fuel lines (and fuel tank) for corrosion, leaks, broken or missing retainers, etc

Check frame/underbody/rockers for corrosion that could allow CO into the cabin or compromise structural integrity (if bad spots found, refer vehicle to daminc)
