Two Issue Driving Me NUTS!!!

1) My coolant hoses seem to loosen about once a week.
Have new hoses (old clamps -- stainless screw type).
Hose clamps torqued to 25-30 inch lbs weekly.

NET Search indicated use either:
a) Oetiker Constant Tension Clamps, or
b) Plastic Shrink Band Clamps

Anyone tried either of the above?

2) Oil Pan Bolt leakage. Have tried solid brass washer, and solid brass with rubber insert, still get leakage.

Ford makes a replacement bolt with a rubber "O" ring.
Anyone tried it and had good luck?

Someone also recommended to try a Chrysler Pan bolt that has
silicon on bolt face that touches the pan?
