I have had very good luck with the GTS headlight covers.

GTS Headlight covers: Thunderbird 83 - 86 GT0205 (I think)

Be VERY careful on ebay. I purchased a set of headlight covers and they were . I tried looking up the seller, but it does not go back that far. The ones on ebay were simply a smoke colored piece of plastic cut the shape of the opening. The seller then put cheap rubber trim around it. Didn't fit right, didn't look right. The GTS have a slight contour and really fit my car nice. If I find the ebay seller I'll edit this post.

GTS is the only company I know of that still makes them. I got lucky and scored a set of NOS ones from rodsterh here on the forums, havent installed them, but I cant wait to get it out of the garage and put em on.
