Alex didnt use suppliments to lose the weight, he's using suppliments to build muscle now.

I used to be 220 pounds, i dropped to 165 in a matter of 4 months. Now im back to 200.
It's Gumby's fault.

Exactly what shawn said. TO lose the weight, you just need to cut out your junk food, your fast food... bread.. sugar.. and do a hell of a lot of cardio workouts, running outside, on a treadmill, elliptical, anything to work up a sweat.

Hell I'm 6'1" 165lbs......  I cant afford to lose anymore weight, even IF I could.  My metabolisim is way too fast.  I scarf down 1 full pizza any chance, probably killing me cholestorol wise, but I cant gain a pound.  That and I started working out a little while ago too.  My goal is to get up to 200lbs with muscle by the end of summer.

I gave up soda for Lent last year, and dropped 50-60 to 180.  Now my appetite is all but gone.  After, I drank more soda then I usually did, but didn't gain any back.  The body can be weird sometimes.

I started to lose weight in January of '05. By June of that year, I had lost 45 lbs. I've kept it off since.
My method was simply cutting back on the  (I still haven't gone back to soda or fast food) and getting aerobic exercise.
I happen to think that 99% of the pills and machines you see on television are scams. Just use your body as a machine and keep it natural.

Oh yeah, I lost all that weight while I was a smoker. I quit in November of last year and I haven't gained any of it back. I stay active, too.

I've been 5'8" and 155 since I was 14 years old. I didn't gain weight for 6 years. Then at 21 I, uh, found I really like beer. I've put on 4 pounds over the last year and I'm getting a bit of a beer gut  . Not cool:hick: . I have to start running again.

I had almost no gut just before 30. One thing is for sure, your body will change, your metabolism will change, and then there's the 40's. More change argh! If you think it's hard to do when you are young, :hick:

Good job Baxo.

Losing weight is definitely not hard. I found that out already. Gaining muscle, however, that requires life changing actions. Eating has to be like clock-work. I am finding out that the ratio between eating to working out to gain muscle is 80% eating, 20% pumping iron. So RJ, if you wanna get to 200 lbs of muscle by the end of summer, don't just pump iron. Your eating and supplementation has to be perfect or else it won't happen. I'm finding out that muscle growth is much harder then weight loss, and very cost effective. I have to have about 6 meals a day.

Yeah I found that out already...  LOL, been lifting weights for a little while now with minimal results.  just cant bring myself to eat some of that  yet. LOL:hick:  I think  a more realistic/practical goal for me, will be around the 180-190 weight.

I went from 235 to 180ish in 2 months. I worked a graveyard mail sorting job. Nothing could make you lose weight faster then that.

I honestly dont think you could exceed the cost of a new car buy installing new *stock* parts everywhere in your coug our tbird. Its just plain impossible. You could revamp the entire drivetrain/engine/suspenstion and still come out ahead.

jeezus, I eat like that everyday, and don't hardly gain a frickin ounce...btw, I'm 5'11 and 170 on a day with goooood gravity, normally run around the 165 mark..think my high metabolism and low blood sugar affect it too though..

I easily eat like that everyday. Im 6' 3" and I weigh 155. I cant gain a pound to save my life. Im a freakin rail for godsake.
