Many of you met my father at the past Cat Jams. Brent.

Well some of you even know that this past winter he had to have his foot removed due to a work accident and a complication with titanium artificial bones. Anyhow yesterday he finally was able to get sized for a artificial limb.

The designer stated that the color of the limb is up to the person and since the option is given usually the person choices the natural skin color. But my Dad usually wears pants anyways. The designer stated that some people get decals of their favorite things and those will be dipped in the limb material and then will display the logos outward.

Basically my Dad will have a tattoo just w/o the needles.  Anyways he chose a BLUE background color to match our cats. W/ the cougar emblem.

He enjoyed every minute calling me today at school to tell me about his design he is picking out. I told him that he was nuts....  he laughed and said that he couldn't wait for this summer car shows!

Wow... guess he has me beat!

Sorry to hear about the loss of limb, but that is cool that he is taking it on a positive side.  Props to him man!

Gotta get some pics of it up dude, that sounds cool.

Yah he got his wheel chair powdercoated metallic blue too.

He is going all out.  Yah he is doing very well and taking things amazingly. He ordered some GTS headlight covers for his cougar also. They came in last week after waiting for about a month.

He is really looking forward to this spring so we can start working on them both again.

Wow...did I ever sell that Blue Max to the right family. I'm so happy to hear that Brent is determined to overcome this. And that you and the rest of the family are helping to support him. That's awesome.

So I have to ask...is he going to be able to drive still? Any hand controls for the car in the works? Or won't he need them?

Wow, I love these cars but don't think I'd take it that far. That's awesome!
I'm wondering the same about driving. Which foot did he lose?
