Punctuation is good, learn to use it.  Also, If you are going to introduce yourself, mabey the engine tech forum isnt the apropriate forum.

That being said, Welcome to the board.  Sounds like you have your work cut out for you. Good Luck :)

I'd check the drain plugs in the oil pan first, then the oil pan gaskets, then perhaps the rear main seaal if the others weren't the culprit. As far as the tranny,I had that happen once and the governor was stuck.I pulled the tailshaft housing from the tranny (super easy)and you'll see the governor on the shaft itself held on by two screws.I pulled it off and cleaned it up really good and re-installed it and the tranny was good.I've also had the valvebody get some little bit of  in it and it doesn't shift right.I pulled the valve body and dis-assembled it one valve at a time until it was surgically clean (not a job for the weak or timid),also fixed the other tranny problem.Just a couple of ideas for you.If it's internal, pour in a bottle of Lucas and hope for the best before you tear into it.It may not help, but it's cheaper than pulling the valvebody or a re-build.Good luck.
