Reply #15 – January 19, 2007, 04:23:53 PM My wife was watching it and was laughing her butt off so I came out to watch and I must admit, the producers did a great job of showing how many people out there think they can sing, but go on national T.V. only to prove to the world they cannot. Did anybody notice how many contestants said they quit there job so they could go to the auditions? Wonder what that does to the local unemployment rate? Interesting..... Quote Selected

People give up so much to get on there that it doesn't make sense.Even though I do criticize the show, I'll probably continue watching. I'll admit that once they get out to Cali and individuals start singing to win, I'll probably start enjoying it. I just hope I don't hear them sing the same songs they did last year and the year before and the year before that. Time for some variety.
