Score! January 05, 2007, 03:05:43 PM Got some stuff from the Salvage yard not too far from me. The visors and main console surround are shown (I had the accesory one from before). I also got a power window switch to replace the one that melted on me last week. Now I just need the matching ashtray to go with the trim.I may go back today and see what else I can get off the one T-bird in the yard. It's a white '88 Sport 5.0 with 139K. The car was junked for a "dead cylinder". rust free car for this part of the country. Had blue interior and a full console. Also had dual power seats, power antenna, auto dim for the high beams, keylees entry, but non-lighted vanity mirrors. So, like I said. Just need the ashtray with the gray cover (non-cube, the grain stuff). If anybody has it lemme know..... Quote Selected

Score! Reply #3 – January 05, 2007, 08:55:42 PM QuoteThose visors are for a moon roof carThey're actually from a moonroof truck. An Explorer. They have the mini visors behind them (not visible in picture) so you are able to open up the one and get cover in front and on the side. I had actually purchased another set from a Mercury Sable that were about 1 1/2" shorter and did not line up with the pre-drilled holes on the roof (my fault for not measuring before-hand). These line up as far as mounting is concerned. I am hoping that the mini visor will sit in the recess of the headliner in a way that these won't look out of place *Edit* -- They lined up PERFECTLYOh, and Vin, I did not get a chance to go today. Saturday I'll scoot over there. It wasn't on the console, but there were a few pieces tucked in the backseat and I believe that the shifter surround was one of them. If it is and is still there I'll grab it. Quote Selected
