'87 IC to T3 Connection November 14, 2006, 10:33:18 AM I just installed a Garrett T3 on my '87 TC and the compresser outlet is directed towards the upper intake as opposed to straight up, therefore I can't use my factory IC at the moment. Can you rotate the housing so that the outlet will line up with the factory IC connection? Any other ideas? Quote Selected
'87 IC to T3 Connection Reply #1 – November 14, 2006, 11:16:42 AM Yes you can rotate it. You can loosen the 6 bolts that hold the comp housing to the center section and rotate it. You will probably have to modify the mounting/location of the WGA as well to get proper actuation of the WG when it is moved. Quote Selected
