Cruise control Gremlins!! My accell isn't working August 20, 2006, 12:41:39 AM when i push the accel button on the steering wheel it acts like it is going to work then the car backs off and stays steady. it all works fine for cruising but if i hit the button to increase speed it doesn't. any ideas Quote Selected

They tend to fall apart over time.I had a similar problem with my '88 XR7. It went away when I replaced the cruise servo in the fender. Quote Selected
