electrical....all or nothing April 11, 2006, 03:27:30 PM on my 1987 mercury cougar, the windows, moon roof, radio, clock, and windshield wipers all don't work. however, once in a blue moon while i'm driving, they'll all start working at once, and then stop again. i've been told that this might be a short, but no one knows for sure. anyone have any idea on what it may be and how to fix it?
