94 Mustang long tubes in an 87 5.0

Is it possible to put 94 MAC long tubes in an 87 with a 5.0? I am also putting a D&D tubular K-member in so that should give me some extra room.
 Thanks,
  Chris

I believe people on this board have used both MAC and BBK long tubes.  I have Hooker Headers on mine.

I had Mac long tubes on my old 88 5.0 C0ugar for exactly one day. They bumped the shift linkage and knocked it into neutral every time the throttle was goosed. If you have a column shifter like I did you might want to check for clearance.
