Help about Pricing Books...

Well, the legalization process in mexico has started. The cars between 1991 and 1996 are going to be legalized. I need to get a value from the N.A.D.A Oficial used car Guide, and calculate taxes from that value. I have been searching for a while, but i dont have luck. Its called the "Loan Value". I have seen the Average retail, low retail, and high retail,but i dont find the "loan value" . its important that this value is extracted from the N.A.D.A Guide. If someone can help me, please let me know...

My Car is an Explorer 1996 4WD XLT...
