Re: M90 on a CARBED 5.0 PICS (finally here) Reply #15 – August 26, 2005, 05:23:00 PM I had to build the intake for the blower that high cougarSE , the 5.0 has a distributer in the front of the engine , not the back, so i had to clear it , also i needed it to beable to hold the weight of the blower.. and the oil was pre-filled, lol.. this was only the first attempt I made after I drew up the blueprints so, if it needs work, I can always tamper with it.. Hope you guys like.. Like I said , im going to get some sound clips and some more pics for you,(close-ups) Quote Selected
Re: M90 on a CARBED 5.0 PICS (finally here) Reply #16 – August 27, 2005, 01:53:31 PM the 3.8L has the distributor in the front as well, hence the DIS system on the SCed 3.8L's. I don't like the looks of it, LOOKS homemade, but I am intrested in seeing if it will even run, and the longevity of using a blower as a draw through unit when it was never meant to be used that way. You could have quite the ticking time bomb on your hands.Get this beast running so we can see how all this works together. Quote Selected

Re: M90 on a CARBED 5.0 PICS (finally here) Reply #18 – August 29, 2005, 01:49:26 PM does it run, do you have problems with your a/f ratio's with the fuel coming it pre-compression? do you keep proper atomization, or do you get puddling? Quote Selected
