body mount?? name part number

Hi..new to the forum.

I have a 94 cougar xr7. and it has a body mount or something like it right in front of the rear tires The mount has 3 bolts holding it to the body and the rubber mount. The rubber mount is fine but the metal plate is rotted off and I need to find a new one .. The mount is around  4 to 5inches in DIA.

Here is the deal I cant find a part number or name for this part to even start the search for a new one..or OEM part..anyone help? thanks..

Try these guys: http://tccoa.com/

They deal with your era Cougar which is a MN-12 chassis car. This site deals with older (and better by a wide margin ;)) Fox chassis thunderbirds/Cougars so we won't be able to help you as well as the other forum can :).

That is the a reinforcing bracket for the rear susp cradle body mount.

As mentioned, that's an MN-12 piece and this is a Fox-based site.  Try tccoa.com.

Conversely, if you have a pick-a-part or other junkyard close, I'm sure you'll find lot's of MN-12 TBirds and Cougars there to snag that part from.
