What is this sound?

The squeek is near the end of the video, Serp belt slipping? or what? Happens when I rev it or when I accelerate and hit around 40 mph.
Thanks

It sounds like a belt slipping to me. Its common fr the belt tensioner to come loose, or the belt to stretch enough it will slip. It could also be a dragging accesory or belt alignment issue.

Could be something else entirely. Though.

I honestly dont think you could exceed the cost of a new car buy installing new *stock* parts everywhere in your coug our tbird. Its just plain impossible. You could revamp the entire drivetrain/engine/suspenstion and still come out ahead.
