Need a TurboCoupe guru within an hour or so of Columbus, Ohio

I just bought an '85 TurboCoupe from the original owner
with only 40K miles on it. Had a heck of a time getting it
home to Columbus from Detroit yesterday. Lots of bogging down/bucking, etc.
I know it needs a tune-up since the owner said it had
never been done?! I know, very hard for me to believe also!
It also is very hard to get into 2nd gear, but it really doesn't
act like bad synchronizers. It acts like something is wrong
with the shifter. Is it possible the transmission may be low on fluid causing that? I'm going to replace the fuel filter to see if that
helps it run any better, since the owner didn't remember doing that?!
The guy babied this thing & it is IMMACULATE! Just wish he would
have kept up on the MECHANICAL maintenance also.

Sorry Vic, I should have updated this thread.
I would still like to find someone within 2-3 hours drive
of Columbus, Ohio who makes their living, or supplements
their income, working on these cars!
For my SuperCoupes, there was a guy like that in the
Cleveland area, now I'd like to find a guy like that
for the TurboCoupes.

lol I know what you mean. I've got a friend down here who works on/mods/sells SC's but he bought a Turbo Coupe and didn't know anything about it. In fact, he really didn't even like it. It was kinda funny really.
