A little more info.  Found out when it is stone cold, or at operating temp, it runs perfectly.  Only having this problem while warming up!

It feels like you would be driving along, and someone randomly starts turning the ignition on/off rapidly.

Maybe a problem with you ECT sensor?

Possibly the TFI?  I know it's very temperature sensitive.
