welcome to the world of power breaks :D

or......

do you hear hissing when you press the pedal?

if so, your booster has that typical vac leak that most of us have and its been a non issue with me two of the past 329kmiles.

My brakes are the same way. They feel soft and you do have to push the pedal a distance to stop. Now if your pedal gets hard as a rock and your car doesn't slow down then you have a problem.

That sound drives me nuts. Sounds like the pedal is breathing.
Oh No... It's Alive!

Not sure where exactly the vac leak is but my car stops just fine so I haven't worried about it.
