Brake parts

I am in need of a few brake parts for an 84 Thunderbird Elan. I have the auto-release parking brake, but it's not hooked up. Something behind the dash/steering column is making it a vacuum leak.

Proportioning Valve
All 3 Parking Brake Cables
Whatever is supposed to make that ratcheting noise when I press the pedal down, as it doesn't ratchet.

I have a prop valve and pb pedal assembly from an 86. $35 shipped
