COD: Black Ops

LOVE. THIS. GAME.

Campaign is great, Multiplayer is good (Obviously) and they added ZOMBIES. :hick:

There is several multiplayer (or solo) survival zombie maps with more to be added later.
Even an old school Arcade Version in the style of Smash Bros.

XBOX IGN: Aesthetikz if anyone needs help or just wants to play together.

My brother was telling me that it is an awesome game.  I may have to purchase it in order to keep myself entertained this winter when it is too miserable outside to do anything else.

I'm a cheap ass so I usually rent games instead of buying, But this is definitely one worth buying.

I just noticed the online player counter yesterday, And it was at nearly 1.5 million players online!.

I get "points" through work for some of the pieces that I sell.  I used the points to buy my xbox and the 3 or 4 games that I have.  (Of course you have to pay some of it in taxes).  If I didn't have the "points" system at work, no way in hell I would buy very many video games.  Those games are ungodly expensive!

How does it compare to mwf2 or bfbc2 in multi and single?

I wish they would fix the spuppiess.  I got owned last night when some asshat spuppiesed right behind my team, in a room full of our guys.  Later, in another game, I got 4 knife kills in a row because I was the asshat in the room spawing with their backs turned.  They also seem to have taken out all the places to hide.  I wish I could go back to MW2 but all the players are now playing BOPs.

In my opinion, it kinda sucks.  Also the kill streaks are kinda lame.  I feel they wimped them out so all the runnin-n-gunnin players would stop whining.

Assclown65: "I only ever get 1 or 2 kills before I die, I never get an AC130"
Me: "Quit running every where.  Guns blazing into every room.  Find a strategic place to work from"
Assclown65: "Thats how u git killz camper!"
Me: "Your 15k/15d, be more defensive"
Assclown65: "Thats my style, the game should let me play my style!"

MW2 was the first game I have played extensively in the last few years.  I'm not saying they shouldn't have changed it, just seems like they are trying to cater to a particular variety of player (inexperienced, non team player).

Oh, Zombie mode is awesome.  So at least they got that right.

Zombie mode is pure win, Only gripe is that its Kinda slow to start~But you need to build up points.

As for online:
I didnt really play MW2, I got rented it about 3 months after it came out, Played through the campaign and remember going online and getting nothing but frustrated owned~LOL.
I had not really any other multiplayer shooters before this.

BFBC2 I got day 1, And is what really got me into online shooters.
This is where I learned and got used to Mulitplayer shooters.

Going into online on CODBO I was ready this time (LOL) and I do much better now.
I see the flaws you mentioned with the spuppiesing as well as I really feel there is some kind of latency issue between clients and/Or servers, This will predominantly be shown in enemy killcams (You know youve hit the person and there killcam wont show it).
Plus some other smaller things.

There is so many options for matches its almost certain you will find something that will work for you.
Last couple days ive been playing "Barebones>Pure Team Deathmatch"

I hit level 30 today, And I'm getting better, But there does seem to be so many playstyles I try to adapt to, that just one doesnt work.
If your not in a party or in communication with your team and going solo you just gotta switch up your style constantly to counter how the other players are playing.
And dont let the trash talk get to you, Its part of the game. ;)

We should make a forum clan on there. xD

Just bought this today...so far so AWESOME.  Campaign mode is sweet and so is the zombie mode.  I need to get more xbox live minutes so I can get my ass kicked by some of you professionals.
