is there any thing u can buy to repair a dash or should i just buy a dash pad and were thanks

87 tbird .i had a good one in the 88 tb but when tryed to take it out it crack the sun had it dried out and i never had it covered

Check for a dash cap on Ebay.

I have a mint one out of my 87 sport. No cracks, beautiful, lol. :)

Noooooooo. At least not from the seller that sells those pre-dyed ones. It is still the worst dash cap I have ever seen! Cracked dash is much better!

Are you sure?  The box is big, but light.

That said, I guess the only proper way to repair a cracked dash would be to (pull it, then) recover it.  Are there any upholstery shops in the neighborhood?

Replacement or professional repair are the probably the best options, but I know some guys on here have used dash caps with great results. They'd probably be happy to share some pics with you.
