NOS 85-86 Cougar taillight Reply #9 – March 26, 2009, 10:27:51 PM I was around when these cars were new, and unfortunately Ford parts have always been really expensive. It was cost-prohibitive for me to collect parts even 15 years ago, when I could have walked into the dealership and bought them at the parts counter. But now, with all these people selling NOS parts, they're actually more affordable than ever. You just have to be willing to concede a few things (scratches, nicks, etc.) and also be very patient. Oh yeah, and keep telling yourself that you WILL find it NOS. Even though chances are small that you actually will. That being said...I'm going to enjoy my NOS 1983-84 taillight lens that I just bought. Y'all have fun fighting over this one. :flame: Quote Selected
