Now that is something I can almost guarantee you'll never see, in NOS anyway. And if you do, you'd better jump on it. ;)

Well, it was a legitimate wish so don't apologize for that. But being a Cougar owner, you know that there is no such thing as one-stop-shopping for us. It's just never that way. :(

Yeah, *sigh* I know. As the years go by it only gets harder too.

I was around when these cars were new, and unfortunately Ford parts have always been really expensive. It was cost-prohibitive for me to collect parts even 15 years ago, when I could have walked into the dealership and bought them at the parts counter.

But now, with all these people selling NOS parts, they're actually more affordable than ever. You just have to be willing to concede a few things (scratches, nicks, etc.) and also be very patient. Oh yeah, and keep telling yourself that you WILL find it NOS. Even though chances are small that you actually will. ;)

That being said...I'm going to enjoy my NOS 1983-84 taillight lens that I just bought. Y'all have fun fighting over this one. :flame:

Had to rub it in..... LOL. Thats alright, I dont like the 83-84 lights anyways!:rollin:

I need tail lights bad. Mine are cracked and beat up. I wouldnt put a NOS on my car anyways. Not for another 20 years, when it is sitting it its own garage.
