quick question on swaybars...

are the sway bars the same in a tbird sport as the turbo coupes front and rear? what would be a good upgrade?

i'm pretty sure the T-Coupes are bigger in the front. i think they are the same as the 5.0 Mustangs. (checked coolcats... they are.) my rear swaybar was pencil thin, haven't a clue why... i put in a swaybar from a Bullitt Mustang, but most are the same and will do wonders.

my tc rear swaybar is a tad bit smaller than my sport one. but the fronts are the same  i think. rear on tc is .80 and the sport is .85"

What year TC bars were those?  Did they perhaps get a little bigger as the years progressed?

I have a brand new 1" rear sway bar that I'm not going to use.  It's designed for a Mustang, but will fit a '86 TBird for sure.  I bought it from Maximum Motorsports, and was going to install it, but now  I don't need it since I installed the coilovers and Panhard bar.
