Sometimes you just got to call it a day.

Well I cant seem to sell my stereo stuff so it looks like I am going to have to give up on the SHO dream. It wouls have been a nice car to drive back and forth from school, 4 doors, extra room, 5 speed, blah blah blah. I am trying to sell anything and everything I have but it seems I have to give the stuff away for anyone to take it. I paid 300 for my first set of Ponies then 150 for my second set, Im selling a set for 100 and no one wants them, wanted 500 for subs, box, amp and cap, dropped that to 400 STILL cant find anyone.

I have one option in mind to make some $$ but I dont know if it will work. My Gramps rent a house out and the renters have a late 90 LXI/ Concorde or whatever that her son has jumpped on the roof to were it holds water when it rains now. They have to get rid of it so I was going to buy it and s it. would it be worth it in s though?

Im trying really hard but I leave the 20th for school and wont have the time to get the cars together after I start school. If I dont have the money by friday then Ill call and tell him things didnt work out.

end rant

It's been a little slow lately as far as selling.Maybe it's the wrong time of the month,or maybe wait a month.Don't give up.

The thing about waiting a month is I dont know if he'll wait.

And the school/ time issue. I could do it on the weekends cause im not far from school but then the storage is now a problem

Call him or email him,lay down your situation, and he may work with you on it.The worst thing that can happen is he'll say no.There's always more parts out there.

It depends on the price. Around here, s is $200/ton and you have to remove the gas tank and tires. A car like that should weigh around 3500 lbs or more. You can do the math. Do you have a truck and a trailer? Does the trailer have a winch? You'd have some gas invested and some time involved, so you'd have to figure that too. Sping isn't the sweet deal it seems unless there are some other parts on the car you can use or sell. In this case, I don't know if it would be worth it strictly for s, you'll have to make that call. Good luck!

Original plan was strip it down in 2-3 days, trailer it to yard, s.
This whole school thing is messing that up. I have a truck and could get a trailer. winch, not so much would be more of me and friends pushing our asses off.
