possible new ride

Im wondering if this tbird is worth the asking price. Since its  3 hr trip for me to go and get it. any input would be appreciated!

its pretty much junk unless you want to do alot of rust repair. might have frame damage. It would be a good buy for more fox parts though...

I'll bet if you pull the carpet, I'll look like my floor.
It would be a big project. I see rust in the door jambs too.

I would buy it if I needed TC parts.

Pretty much every panel on my 87 is new, rebuilt, or re constructed. :D

well if i were to get it id be spending total around 550 to 600 bucks to buy it and pick it up so do you think i could make my money out of the parts?

some guy around here not too long ago had one that looked just like that tc, rust and all for $500 on craigslist.
it didnt have a blown headgasket though.

If you have $600 in it, you're not going to get rich parting it out. $250-$300 fror the rear, $50-$100 for the tranny, $200-$300 for the motor, $60 for snowflakes, body is junk, interior doesn't look the best. If you love to tinker, then it may be worth going for it. If you're just trying to make money, your margins will be slim. My $.02.
