I was being followed...

Me and my Dad went down to the walmart to get printer stuff. We went to the mcdonalds to buy some food.
We were there a couple of minutes, and then the counter chick came up and said"a man in a baseball cap and blue jeans with a beard and stash was taking pictures of you with a cell phone. I look over and there is a old fat guy standing there playing with a cell phone. I tell my dad to go follow him while I cleaned up our mess. I caught up with my dad, and the guy saw my dad looking at him, and turned around and walked the other way. We stopped at the door, and waited a while to see if he was going to come back out.
Nothing happend after 5 or 10 mins. We walked out to the cougar, and my dad said that he was following us and not to turn around. We get in the car and a black tarus get behind us and follows us almost the whole way home.
We stopped and turned around and caught up with them. Caught up with the car on the freeway, and it wasent the same guy. I am little bit pissed off that we didnt catch him. My dad let me drive because "you know the car better".
Now I just wish I would have turned around and ran at him to see what he would do. Maybe just asked him why he was taking pictures of us. I was really thinking that we had him. My dad said that if he stopped that we were gonna jump out and scare him. My dad is 6'2" and around 250lbs with a leather jacket(kinda bad looking guy), and I am 6'4" at just over 215 lbs but I was wearing all black with stomp boots and a trench coat with lots of studs on it. I really wish that we had caught the guy. Now I am really, really gonna watch my back. I am not sure what he wants. I have not done anything illegal for almost 2 years now. My dad has had some problems with the courts and stuff(divorce) and he has kinda gotten the short end of the stick on that.( assault charge which he didnt do) and lots of misc stuff. But I highly doubt that its the cops, because I cop would have just arrested us.
I should prolly mention that my mom is alittle loonly. She is bipolar along with alot of other things. It has prolly been 1or 2 years since any of my threee sister (11,13,15) and my brothers (19,7 and me 17) have seen her. She used to call the cops and say that my dad beat us up and stuff. I kinda suspect that she is the one doing these things, but I dont know

what stands out here is the volunteer who decided to tell you someone was watching you,,, i smell a rat.

A LOT smells funny in this one.....
1.) What do you and your father do for a living?
2.) Any "accidents" in front of or on your property within the last six months? Slip and falls and such?

its perfectly legal for him to photograph you like that, so i wouldnt hurt him cauz if he got a lawyer he could rap you... but if your dad had a credit card out he may have been takeing pix of that, or your pin. that sucks. if i were you id try to find him and get his phone, if their are pics of people credit cards, you could get him in big trouble.

So get hold (steal) his phone on a hunch? If there were no pictures of anyones credit cards I think you would be in big trouble. I guess thats the only way to see what is on the phone but I don't see that going off too well.
My question is were you near your car? Maybe he was taking pictures of your car. Never know. Then again he followed you sooo... I don't know.

im paranoid lol, even tho i said you shouldt hurt him, i would have probley left him unconcious in a ditch... i cant stand people lol. expecialy if their takeing pix of me or following me. i get into alot of trouble for it
