Fuel/Temp/Oil/Alt Guages

These guages sometimes do not work in my buttstuffog cluster.  Would the problem be in the cluster or elsewhere?  The speedo/tach work fine at all times.

That sucks i still got my fall dash but its kind of nice to still have gauges for all that stuff to. Do they all stop working at the same time?

1987 T-Bird AEROBIRD-GT had many many mods but is now totaled and is the car that made me want to start customizing everything all over again.

More than likely it's the instrument voltage regulator (IVR) on the back of the cluster. Snaps on like a 9v battery, around $15 US at parts stores.

Also, it could be the ignition switch. That is last resort though.

Yes, it's either all 4 work or none of the 4 work.  I'll have to check for that part, although I have been able to get the guages to work once or twice by restarting the car...
