Wow...WHYYY are balloons popping so funny???

This dude has 113 different (well thats really quite a lie actually) videos of him doing almost nothing but popping BALLOONS with a hand pump or "sprayer" (wtf?). What has me in tears is HIS laugh. I have never heard anything like it. I guess its one of those "it's so bad it's good".

This is the farthest into insanity I've seen (heard?) him plunge.
