putting system sentry

well guys i had the big push in ashtry and now i have the system sentry which i want to put on and a new frame for it to fit correctly. My problem is how do i take out the metal tracks that were used for the push in ashtray? let me know thanks

I haven't removed one of those since I did my floor shift conversion 8 years ago.I thought it had screw holding it in,came out as a unit.

just removed it but no screw slots for the system sentry? its just there but not bolted on.

The front console bracket holds the system sentry in.
