since my cougar is sorta crippled, i figure i can start fixing that up and find a tc for a daily driver. what do u all think of this TC?

its near me and i dont like to buy things online cus i dont kno excactly what im getting, so i think i might try to go up and see it in person. does it seem like its a good deal? how much should i offer the guy(ill probably pay in cash...people seem to like that:cool: )

i like hows it a 5 speed, with moonroof, and duel powerseats, u could say that those tickle my fansy, but if it sounds like i big turb burgaler, or someone notices something very bad about it in a picture, i wont even bother driving down to look at it, otherwise, i call dibs on it:shakeass:

Looks like a nice car but definitely check it out in person and test drive it if the clutch isn't totally shot. You did notice that it needs a new clutch I hope?

Anyway go over it very well, make sure all the power options work, listen for any funny noises, make sure the moon roof doesn't leak as I've heard that's a common problem. Mileage isn't too bad, it may have a lot of oil all over the engine bay though. When I bought mine it had 12X,XXX on it and the entire engine and bay seemed to be coated in gunky black oil. It was nasty, but it actually didn't seem to lose much oil between changes. However mine is also the "base" turbo coupe (only driver's power seat, none of the other power options) so I didn't have to worry about all that power stuff working or not.

Not too bad.I see another Bird 2 cars down from it.Anyway,it states it needs a clutch.No big deal.The deal is,how much?It's up to $610.00,BUT,the reserve isn't met.You need to find out the reserve and see whet he really wants for it.You have nothing to lose by looking.

Brandywine is a hike. Thats about 45 minutes from me, and youre about a half hour from me.

Anyways, a clutch in these cars isnt too bad, or too costly, the transmissions are light, the clutchs are small, flywheels cheap, so its not a big deal, unless youre intimidated by the job.

Anyone notice the mustang next to it had TC hood scoops?

if anybody knows of a descent tc(i guess i'd take a nice sport too) in maryland? im sorta hurtin for another car
