Made a minor score today.....

I traded a 3G alternator for a TC hood today.It has the ducting (which will have to go),but no scoops.I have a pair of scoops in the garage.Not a bad deal.I wanted to keep the 3G,it was nearly new,but for the hood,I thought it was a good trade.Just thought I'd share.
'88 Sport--T-5,MGW shifter,Trick Flow R intake,Ed Curtis cam,Trick Flow heads,Scorpion rockers,75mm Accufab t-body,3G,mini starter,Taurus fan,BBK long tube headers,O/R H-Pipe, Flowamaster Super 44's, deep and deeper Cobra R wheels, Mass Air and 24's,8.8 with 3.73's,140 mph speedo,Mach 1 chin spoiler,SN-95 springs,CHE control arms,aluminum drive shaft and a lot more..

Made a minor score today.....

I've got a 3G out of my '94 Taurus...whattya trade me for it? ;)

j/k, but sounds like ya did alright.
You could probably get a decent 3G from a j/y for less than what it'd cost to have a TC hood shipped to you...

I have another 3G in the garage.It's a backup in case mine frags on me.I need to polish it like the one I am using now.Too lazy.I grab the alternators every chance I get.I usually have them checked,and if they're good,they go on E-bay.I figured since I'll be getting the '88 Sport very soon,this would be a good addition befor the car gets painted (next year).One more piece of the puzzle.Oh,and if you DO want to make a trade,let me know and I'll do what I can to get what you need.
