Blower motor change?

I'm getting ready to change the blower motor in my 84 T/c and was wondering if there is anything that I should be aware of or would make it easier? The chilton and haynes don't make it sound to bad but they make the heater core sound easy.
84 Turbo coupe 2.3T Modded with 88 upper and lower intake, 88 injectors, E6 manifold, T3-4 AR.60 turbo, 31X12X3 FMIC, Homemade MBC , Greddy knock off BPV.
