What paint do i have?

What paint code did the 88 turbocoupes came out with for maroon? Also what kind is it enamel, base coat or what? Is it medium scarlet?

In 1988 Turbo Coupes were available in two shades of red, Medium Red and Bright Red.
The Medium Red was the regular production red for the model year and had a paint code of 26.
The Bright Red was limited edition color that was only available on the "Mach One" special edition 1988 Turbo Coupes and had a paint code of 21.

All the 1988 Turbo Coupe colors with the exception of Black & Oxford White were basecoat clearcoat paints.
