The oil leak :yuck: tightened vc bolts and it seems to have contained itself.

Spare tire well, just the slightest bit of surface rust in the very back, everything was there too.

Thought these were amusing, first the 'spare' tire :D

Then I saw the jacking instructions.... its a box bird! lol

is that your Stang?
Wow...i'd slap a 351w down in it, some ten holes or Ponys, and call it done! ;)
Sure is clean, wish my 86 I used to have had been that nice

It actually looks better in the pics, the womans 'mechanic' (and I use the term loosely) left the hood unlatched and took it for a test drive so the hood is a bit tweaked and the cowl bent down on the sides a bit and the paint has some cracks on the hood and roof, bit of rust in the door bottoms aswell but nothing that cant be fixed with a bfh and a spraybomb :D

Really? I just assumed it was stock, is it worth any money? if so i'll ebay it or something.

I also found the build sheet, 2" of the side was there loose and the rest is imbedded in to the floor

Thanks for the compliments!

I think they used that same sheet for all Fox cars - my '87 Sport, '88 LS, '87 TC parts car and '88 5.0 Bird all had the same one

Nice four-eye, BTW :D What that car needs, just to be different but to maintain the 3.8-ness, is an SC drivetrain :hick:

HA they rarely happen around here, I was just in the right place at the right time, It was sitting down the street since fall beside a carport. Third day it was out there with a for sale sign I was low ballin the lady and bringing my car home (just 'cause its a good deal doesnt mean I have to stop being a cheap  :D ) Cost me $20 (including a chocolate bar,  impulse items) to bolt my t-bird exhaust on it then another $75 for a TPS and its driveable, still a couple bugs to work out though but cant complain.

After seeing this pic I think I could stand those hubcaps if I mask the outer rim and center then paint the spokes flat black (cheap  remember)

hers the pass side to even it out

If it's not leather-wrapped, it's not an SVO wheel (hard to tell from the pics).  I know one of the "std" wheels from that time period looked close to the SVO wheel.

yeah thats what it is, after reading that I looked around on ebay and noticed its different, oh well gonna put a different wheel on anyway.

And as for the I6 its not likely to happen unless ones given to me, if anything the 351W will go in just cause i've got a few layin around. $90 for a head kit then the 3.8 should be fine for a while.

Got my hubcaps painted on my lunch break yesterday, gonna get a can of flat black to do the wheels (a bit of surface rust) and the whitewalls on the tires. I gotta find something to do with the wheel centers now, maybe some mustang or blue oval decals.

Are you giving them away? lol if not i'll have to pass. I'd love to have a set of turbines but the tires on it are good and I really gotta watch my spending for the next month or so due to the up coming move and all, but thanks for the offer.
