hey i was searching and going on sites and there are so many things yo choose from.. which pipe exhuast etc do you people with 88 t birds with 5.0 engines use??? what are most common exhuasts use ,pipes and lers. please let me know
every one i did has been a mustang cat back lengthened and mustang h pipe. stock shorties are nice and cheap, and i like all the ball and socket s on the catbacks. the lers need your old hangers welded to them, so you can use the body hanger. the tranny x member hangers wount line up, but i never used em. and the tailpipe hangers have to be cut off and you need to use your stock ones, good with a 88 5.0 because you have 2 of them lol.
also, i like the way mac lers sound. chambered lers are imo the best for a NA motor, and have a nice sound. i save the glass pac stuff and strait through ones for forced induction like my tc.
im not all that good wit that technical stuff like s n h pipe n the shorites like what pipe to get , wat ler or chambered liek which type and headers to get . and tips im so clueless wit like teh whole exhaust system my bro is teh one who knows about it n does the work i just cant talk to him bout it cause hes always workin.. can u let me know
My exhaust is stock stang headers, and H pipe, 2.25 stang flow tubes into cherry bombs, into custom tailpipes, with 3" tips welded on.

Cherry Bombs are the original glass paks. Just a round, straight though cylinder, packed with long strand fiberglass. They give a nice deep rumble. Sounds nice, not like everybodys stangs with flowmasters.
