That F'n awsome. I want one
I think I just reconsidered the color to paint my car.
Also, that's a feat, fitting the big block under a stock hood that way.
Meh...big block, schmig block
It's been too long since I've heard that. :rollin:
My man went threw the trouble of putting a big 460 and he still reconnected the A/C. I think 99% of us would say F-this and forget the A/C. cars got my approval 3500. Id buy it if I wasn’t a have a country away. Very clean.
Don't mean to hijack, but does anyone know the official name/code of the paint on that car?
I must be the 1%, then. I don't even like going without A/C in my truck.. and that has vent windows, a sliding rear window, and an extra slide-open vent down by the high beam switch. Might have something to do with living in Florida..
What do you call that? Special 260 A/C (2 windows down and doing 60mph)
If I lived in Florida id probably have one of those refrigerated A/C like they have on trucks.
Same color grey as the paint on my car. It's called Medium Grey Clearcoat Metallic. I think the paint code is 9Z but I'd have to go look at the T-bird to make sure.
9Z is the paint code for the Silver on your car, the paint code for the Medium Grey on your car is 91,
however that Medium Grey (code 91) was a new color for 1988.
In 1987, the Medium Grey had a paint code of 18. So assuming that the car in the auction was painted the 1987 color as he states, the paint code should be 18.

Umm, you mean like this????
