I just got this from a friend. It's an '03 Mexican Fender Telecaster. I traded him my Schecter C-1+ Diamond and he gave me this Tele and some pedals. It was a fair trade, seeing as how I couldn't play the Schecter very well because the neck was too narrow. I have some big-ass hands.
Here are some pictures of it.
Nice looking Tele
Zach, that white one in the back in the second pic looks like a twin to the one i have...:D

what tune do you play?
i usually mess around with the big E tuned down to D...i like the crunch that it gives...guess i need to get another dual-humbucker guitar...used to own a Lotus Les paul copy...had a guy that owned a Les paul standard say it was as good as his...
i guess i aint into the single coil pickup/tremolo action guitars very much...although my Fernandes retro-Rocket was ed nice to play.
The truss rod in the neck broke on it one night...just popped like a firecracker, and the strings went loose..
I'm looking to buy another guitar if anyone wants to trade/sell one. Just for the record
well being as I just started at musician's freind, I got a whole room full of guitars that I can play when ever I want and quite a few amps as well. I am planning on buying a new amp and some recording equipment in the next couple of moths as well.
Employee discounts kick ass.
How much will a new Flying V fetch you?
here are my axes...or is it axi? :)
I sold half my stuff to finance the t-birds; circa 1979 gibson ripper, Peavey TNT 115 base amp, and a old traynor mark IV tube amp from the mid '70's as well.
nice tele Zach
and paul... i want your amp!!.. but its cool if i only get the rabbit on it... i see how it is :giggle:
:giggle: I have no idea where that rabbit came from! It showed up on top of my amp 5 or 6 years ago and it's been there ever since. I don't know if I could part with it now :)
That reminds me of a news story that happened here a couple years ago. Our now prime minister, then opposition leader, Mr Harper was in town and took in a local band. Will, the band use to have a bra, that was thrown at the stage at a previous show, on top of one of their amps - sort of a mascot/good luck charm. Will, one of Harpers men had stolen the bra. Some of the media heard about the stolen bra and contacted Mr Harper and asked for the bra back. They did get it back and then donated it to charity. :rollin:
EDIT: OK, so I had some of the facts wrong. CBC News Story (http://"http://www.cbc.ca/story/canada/national/2005/10/25/bra-051025.html")
Oh! The amp! It's a 130 Classic Chorus. I bought it new back in the '80's. It's a great amp but I rather the old traynor tube amp for playing loud. Nothing like natural distortion :headbang: :tg:
Awsome man. I have a xt15r wat Crate practice amp and a Line 6 Spider 2 amp. My best good luck peice is a guitar pick from a concert I went to. Always carry it in my wallet
