How tough to change the power window motor on a 91 Thundrbird? The window moves about a half inch each time I hit the button. Could it be the regulator and not the motor? Any help would be appreciated!

Mine would move a few inches down then get stuck,would go up though.
Found a broken window run stuck in the regulator,removed and all was good.
This was on my 91sc,very common on these cars,take the door panel off and have a look.
