Most parts do... some will fit but may produce undesireable results. What are you looking to use?

For the rear there's MM (http://"http://www.maximummotorsports.com") and CHE (http://"http://cheperformance.com/"). You need to use TBird specific pieces in that area. The Mustang pieces are too short. I don't know of any company that makes adjustable CAs for the front, as least not right off hand. But why do you need adjustable CAs in the front?

As for springs there this thread:

But it seems to be missing a lot of the pics.... Are you looking for drag springs or Road Hugging springs?

Hey, I see your in Farmington Hills. I used to live in Novi right at Nine Mile and Haggerty. Got any pics of your bird?

I think somebody out there makes adjustable tubular front control arms although I can't really see a need to have them.

Umm that's what caster/camber plates are for...

Don't let's forget that Mustang front control arms are shorter than T-Bird ones. If you install Mustang control; arms your ball joints will come in about an inch, throwing your camber WAY off (and in the completely opposite direction than you'd want for autoccrossing). You can get around it by using a Mustang K-member, which will put the ball joints out close to where they're supposed to be. Lotsa work, though, for something you could accomplish with caster/camber plates.

Now, if you were REALLY looking to beef up your front end you could use a tubular K and control arms with a coilover kit, but be prepared to break out your wallet...

Yesh SN95 Arms are about the same length they just have shorter ball joints. He'll either have to change the balljoint, change the spindle, or modify the existing spindle. Do you have any plans to go to 5-Lug?

MM sells the Caster/Camber Plates you will need. Actually they sell just about EVERTHING you will need for a road racer.

Please qualify the "Tbird front control arms are longer than Mustang control arms".

83-86 Tbird front control arms are the same as 79-93 Mustang.

87-88 are longer and are the same length as the SN-95 Mustang.

Also keep in mind that while the 87-88 arms are longer, the mounting points are also more inboard than the earlier cars.

Rear control arms are the same for 83-88 Tbirds/Cougars and are longer than the Mustang ones (as in 79-04 Mustang).
